@Byron8by7 lol..alas that sums up what passes as food here, plane food is gourmet in comparison

@SW-User " A hospital dessert ... " - haha. However, I was in the hospital for a week in late March, following abdominal surgery. On the fourth day, I had a salmon fillet that was fairly good.

@SW-User I was / am fortunate to be a patient in a world class state of the art academic medical facility with outstanding care.
