I Believe Music Heals the Soul

It's been a rough stretch over the past few days. No matter how hard the times get, I always know that I have music to turn to. I was feeling pretty depressed last night, I put my headphones on and turned the rest of the world off. I sat in bed until 3 in the morning just strumming on my acoustic guitar. Today, I woke up and did some intense drumming for a couple of hours, now I am playing some bluesy electric guitar stuff. I thank God everyday for the power and gift of music, it is therapy for the soul, and it continues to save my life day by day.
