I Love Women That Dress Up

I certainly get so much joy from taking the effort to dress elegantly. But, Oh! So much more joy do I get when I see others making the same effort. In that sea of casuals, yoga pants, leggings and skinny/ripped jeans, just to see another young lady looking beautiful in a lovely skirt outfit or dress or suit OR saree or salwar kameez or anarkali or abaya just makes my heart soar.
