I’m inherently indecisive. Actually, it’s because I’m very analytical and generally agreeable. Fittingly, I see both the pros and the cons of it. 🤷🏻♀️
It’s neither—as long as you can eventually make a decision when necessary. It just means that decision will be well thought out and considered from all angles. 🙂
As you said, there's pros and cons. Pro is generally that you are aware that there may be greater solutions you haven't yet thought of. That makes you open-minded. Con is that there isn't swift action being taken. However, there are cases where speed is expendable at the cost of quality. As most things, there needs to be a balance.
it's incovenient. at some point you have to make the choice even if it is the flip fo a coin (if you can decide which option is heads and which is tails)
It's natural for analytical types to take much longer to make decisions - partly because they enjoy gathering all the info and evaluating it. For some, no amount of information is sufficient; they're worried that they might miss something crucial.
It's not a problem unless a decision has a deadline past which other factors come in and make the decision for you.
I think it can depend on the reason you are indecisive. It can be personality flaw if you are plagued by indecision and it negatively impacts your life. But it can also be a positive trait if your indecisiveness is the result of careful consideration.
