Yeah I had that problem. For me it came from an absence of self worth. And eventually I concluded that looking out for myself first would be both the most reasonable and beneficial way for me to live

Try to put yourself first. The sooner you get this, the better your life will be. It doesn't mean you're selfish, you can still care, but just not at your expense. I wasted way to much time worrying about others.
