I Love Photography

My mother used to grow "dinner plate dahlias). They are amazing, and HUGE. Their bulbs must be dug up in the fall and stored in a paper bag in a dark coolish place over the winter because they don't winter well here....and replanted in the spring. The flowers are so top heavy that each dahlia has to have its own stake next to it and must be tied to the stake for support.
