What is it?

Recently had a kidney ct scan with dye due to kidney pain, but my scan has come back clear with no calcification or any other anomalies, however i am stil experiencing low kidney stone type pain, ive had several kidney stones in the past but nothing showing this time, anyone any ideas what could be going on?
