What is it?

Recently had a kidney ct scan with dye due to kidney pain, but my scan has come back clear with no calcification or any other anomalies, however i am stil experiencing low kidney stone type pain, ive had several kidney stones in the past but nothing showing this time, anyone any ideas what could be going on?

I get weird kidney pain in my lower left flank. That happens mainly when I don't drink any water for a while. If I start drinking water like normal, no pain. But the pain is a stabbing pain. I've never had a kidney stone before in my life.

Not exactly sure what the pain is from, but it's definitely from something.
