I Am Looking to Make More Friends

It's Been Too Long...... Growing up i had a few friends, but i moved twice and now i live 230 miles away. I really need friends. I have family, co-workers, and classmates, but they seem to only be aquatences. Because i do not have friends i feel i am too clingy to my bf because he is all i have here. I live with my dad, and aunt, but sometimes i really need people closer to my age. I'm the kind of person that likes to go out, have fun. I miss that alot about my junior year of high school. I'm happy most of the time, but really need some other people to talk to.

I'm also in that situation and would love to make new friends. I am moving far from my home because i have certain issues that need to be resolved. The few friends I do have live far from me, but they work. I'd love to make some more friends!

i am taking a zumba mentoring group at my work (at a high school) i am taking a college class, and i have choir every week (with people 20 to 30 years older than me). I have tried other choirs, but no young adult ones. so yes, but thank you for the suggestion, i appreciate it. :)

I don't have the answer as I am in the same situation more-or-less. I've been joining groups and touring things and volunteering but finding a real friend, that's a long term project. I wish us both good luck.
