Sciatica makes the most simple things huge ordeals.

My lower back is in shambles at the moment. I cannot straighten myself out fully or else shockwaves of pain will radiate out. I've been moving slightly bent and tilted since yesterday morning. This is also putting stress on my mid back region due to being bent. I can barely walk. I cannot bend over or down. I also cannot look up very well. I've been getting around by clutching onto things for support. If I'm lying down I have to crawl and drag myself up.

The most simple tasks are huge ordeals. Going to the restroom isn't easy. Doing dishes isn't easy. I tried yesterday and when I bent to the lower rack I almost fell over in pain. I have no idea how I'm going to get through the grocery store later on. Getting in and out of the car was hard enough yesterday.

I called it my monkey walk.
Surgery was the only solution for me.
