I Have A Very Low Concentration Span Now Days

Yes since hitting 30 I have found it hard to concentrate on certain things I don't mean it to happen don't know cause it's cause of my aniexty or what but sometimes people say something it doesn't always register people think am deaf or daft half the time a lot of people told me I really can not help it tho sometimes it really pisses people off I don't mean to tho.
