You're better off with learning to love and accept yourself. If you base your sense of self-worth on the opinions of others, you'll spend your life on an emotional rollercoaster of insecurity and codependency.

You have value and worth because (in my belief) you are God's creation. The fulfillment and meaning you're looking for can only be found in Him. And I agree with @Sadeyez, it's not your outward appearance that matters most, it's your heart and soul.
