It has been with a particular sadness that I learned that Leonard Cohen died yesterday. I have been deeply touched by his songs ever since I discovered him when he was singing First we take Manhattan. He was sober in his writing and yet so expressive.
There are many of his songs that I feel like sharing. But this one has a particular place in my heart as it has been the song track to a love story like the ones he wrote about.
