I Love Leonard Cohen

and I'm not the sort of chap to keep this to himself

It's a rare thing to come upon this,
the answer to the mysteries,

do-dum-do-dum-dum.

And if anyone knows Cohen's work, spending a lifetime bleeding, searching in love, it is purely a message in beauty and love.

Beautiful song...

In his 2009 Live Concert in London he said :
It's been a while since I stood up on stage here. It was 14 or 15 years ago. I was 60 years old, just a kid with a crazy dream. Since then, I've taken a lot of Prozac, Paxil, Effexor, Wellbutrin, Ritalin and I also turned to a rigorous study of religions and philosophies, but cheerfulness kept breaking through."
I will never forget this quote... never....

@Soossie He was also a performer, and I watched him say that live in Toronto in 2008. A part of me was crushed while he said it. He ended up touring for years, falling in love with how audiences received him, and for someone who hated performing at one time.... I think there is a silent ode in his brilliance in his older age

A beautiful saying, can be repeated and have the same effect every time...

@Soossie And we played with his words a lot, while what I shared in a way was in spirit of fun in a way, he meant that too deeply. Anyone he knew who slaved upon his words would laugh to their hearts undivided attention
Indeed.... @SW-User
