I Remember When

I was younger I would feel really bad like really mad or guilty and I would constantly dig my nails in my hands or claw at my wrists or forearms sometimes my shoulder I would dig my nails into my thighs and leave marks or start bleeding

I used to go into the woods, chop down a 6 inch diameter tree, cut it to a length of 12 feet, then smash it against the railroad cross ties we had on either side of the driveway until it was about a foot long.
