I Messed Up Again
I was just tired of being stressed out and frustrated and I used again. I was dumb to think it would help but I just feel worse.

Try to find something to keep you occupied and something to focus on. Your young so you probably havent been using for an extended period of time. Do you get the cold sweats and shakes when you dont use?

Yeah, you are definitely gonna have a long rough road ahead of you, but if you have been able to go a few weeks already that is good news. Do you have any kind of support network( friends and or family that dont use) to help you when things get rough?
