They are so powerful. Just a few and they can turn a poor man into a king, a girl into a princess, a child into a dreamer, a father into a crier, and do many more wonders that will leave you gaping.
But they can also be deadly weapons that kill a soul. They can turn a king into a child, a professional into a failure, an achiever into a loser, and do plenty more to destroy one's hope and belief.
So let me tell these things I learned. You are your own person.
Choose the words you listen to and choose them carefully, because they can either build you or destroy you. No matter who they come from, be it from the whole world or from a person who means the world to you, it is better that you have an understanding of what's inside you, of what you're made of.
Know the goodness and remind yourself of it. When you're wrong, be kind, listen to reason and get corrected. But when you're right, don't let them get you down.
You need to know who you are so you can tell your heart, "It's alright. You can do this, because I know you. And I know you're capable of being alright again."
