Blue...It definitely has to be a conscious effort for me. I need to set a timer because I can go for hours without drinking even if I'm at the gym.

Drinking water is VERY good for you. Too much however... I think can be kinda bad. I remember once I drank so much water once that I literally vomited!

Blue...I'll drink plenty during a cycle clas because I'm perspiring like crazy, but if I'm just doing weights, I drink very little or none at all. I know, it's bad.
