I Drink A Lot Of Water

I drink a litre first thing in the morning and a litre with my evening meal. I re-hydrate after my morning run and I have a two litre bottle of water with me when I do gymnastics.

It is important to drink lots of water to keep your body healthy, but unfortunately it means you can never be far away from the ladies ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ
