I Think Laws Should Be Harder On People That Hurt Animals

The kinds of people who are actually okay with hurting animals aren't going to be happy-friendly-kind to people either. That kind of destructiveness is never limited to just animals, even if the person hides it well most of the time. So - I'm not going to complain if those kinds of people get locked away from the rest of us for a long, long time.
