I Love Good Advice

You’ve been trying to get into a workout routine.... my advice to you is buying three cute work out outfits to get you inspired.

Get online to find a Jazzercise near you. (Yes, men can join too). Commit to 1 year MINIMUM..... why 12 months?? because it will take 6 months to really see results. You will lose the water weight within weeks BUT with good diet and regular exercise (cardio plus strength training) your muscles will start to work at burning that fat!
