Cut way back on fat, salt and sugar.
Eat more healthy, raw fruit and veggies, whole grain, lean meats like chicken, fish, seafood. Bake or boil, don't fry the meat.
Don't eat deep fried foods like french fries, etc.
Drink about 8 glasses of water a day.
Avoid soda, ice cream, cake, candy, cookies, etc.
Exercise and walk everyday. At least 15-30 minutes minimum.
You do the above you will be on your way to being height/weight proportionate in no time.
