:food swaps - i.e. swapping some of your favourites for a healthier lower fat / carb version . some my swaps are granary bread instead of white. Sweetener instead of sugar, cottage cheese instead of full fat etc etc
: increase your water intake by min 750mls easy to do after a while , especially in this weather
: increase your step count
: increase liquid meals soups etc
: invest in a vibration plate - and step on it once a day
just a few mindful changes like these & you wont feel you are on a constant diet.
I also started a dance-a-cise routine, 10 - 15 mins each day ( dancing around to music ) although the problem with that was TOO MUCH weight began falling off. As I never wanted to be supper skinny - I stopped.
All in 3 yrs back I lost a couple of stones, and with no further effort required on my part - I've not put any of it back on
