Bacteria are single celled organisms. They are living things.
Viruses are packets of DNA or RNA protected by a layer of protein. They cannot reproduce by themselves, and must need to be inside of a host's cells to duplicate. It's debated whether or not they are alive, but the scientific consensus is that they are not.
Diseases are a broad term used to describe an abnormal state of an organism, not counting injury. They usually have symptoms. They can be caused by bacteria, viruses, birth defects, etc

Both viruses and bacteria can cause disease. Bacteria are living organisms independent of the host. Viruses are a collection of molecules that require a host in order to survive.
