Why do some men persist in pressuring when a woman says she doesn't want to give him her number?

The belief that when a woman says no it means yes.

You can't possibly be rejecting him

I know what you mean because I hear stories from my sisters. Men think that they need to have a "strong game" to get women. I've posted before about how I only ask for someone's number under certain circumstances and a bunch of men commented things like, "Come on, Man, that's weak game."

Not to sound like a neckbeard, but being a gentleman can go much further than "having a strong game" (AKA being way too pushy).

Some men are just conceited pricks that think every woman who sees him secretly wants him 🙄

Selective deafness & they don't really care what she wants. It's all about getting what they want!

They are conditioned by a society that expects/rewards this behavior.

He doesn't take no for an answer. 🤦‍♀️

I just wait untill she asks for mine, I am to shy to ask first. but Men will go to some crazy lengths to get a ladies number😂

They’re used to those handful of women who still think “playing hard to get” is a thing. 🙄

Maybe the man lost his own number and doesn't want to get in trouble for losing it..
