I Wish I Could Hold Your Hand
To stroll the long sandy beaches at the sea would be such a treat, holding your hand in mine. Feeling the warm breeze caress our face and arms as we walk and swing our joined hands would be a dream come true. Our feet in the ocean's brine as we pause for a quick kiss in the salty air, which lasts a little longer as our hands grip each other.
To swing in a hammock built for two with our fingers intertwined. Enjoying the scent of the lilacs in bloom as I lift your hand to my lips. What a delightful way to send an hour, lying side by side looking at the clouds with your hand in mine.
