Why do I get a headache when I'm hungry?

If I take Excedrin Migraine, it doesn't really seem to alleviate the headache, until I eat. I'm just now eating something. I woke up at 6am, haven't had anything to eat until right now.

Are you drinking enough water? Sometimes it’s dehydration that will bring a headache on for me.

@Solana I try to get more water nowadays vs. 5 years ago. Drinking a diet pepsi right now, but, for 10 hours I was awake, and had absolutely nothing to eat, except a mint and a couple breath strips. At 4pm I had a chicken gyro I got from a greek diner and headache went away after a little, didn't need any medication.

@twiigss oh true if you were drinking water then not sure the source. I get headaches from forgetting to drink water silly me but sometimes the day just passes too quickly

@Solana Well after I ate that gyro, headache went away, probably after 45 minutes to an hour, headache was completely gone.
