My body is the same. As with you, meds will give me no relief.
I have to do what my body wants. I get headaches due to no eating (busy workday for example) , I'd I'm on computer too long, lack of sleep and tension headaches.

@iamnikki YES!! I get tension headaches, well okay I might go a month or two with a minor headache that I can deal with. But just out of the blue, no warnings, boom, strong tension headache all up front. Sometimes Excedrin helps, other times it doesn't seem to do anything.
There for a while I wasn't getting proper sleep, and was taking Excedrin Migraine for the caffeine to help stay awake, so I think I kind of over did it. Now I have had roughly 9 grand-mal seizures since I was 23. Neurologist did a brain MRI. Pefectly clear not one single problem. I've had 3 EEG's done, again all perfectly normal. I am on anti-seizure meds so as long as I take it as prescribed, no seizures.
The doctors have no idea why I get these tension headaches like I do.
