I Hate High School

My brother is really popular at his school. In a sense, I'm glad for him cause he's the sort of guy who I could see being insecure about not having friends etc.

But, at the same time, I've noticed he's gotten a lot colder and a little more rude to pretty much everyone. My hypothesis is that in order to be popular, you have to be a little elusive so people have to chase you to feel on their level. In short, being a little rude to people makes them have to look up to you, because you're sorta 'above them'.

Maybe I'm wrong, and maybe I just don't know my brother well enough anymore, but something weird is going on, whether it's from highschool or not, I don't like it.
