I fear saying that on SW anymore ,so many are offended by any signs of faith ,,but my faith has got me this far
and its mentioned in my medical reports
My faith has seen me through a lot and I still stay encouraged and strong in spirits
The say ,,thats half the battle ,never giving up
I refuse ,,but the thought of dying fighting for my last breath ,,did have me a little scared
I might still die saving someone yet LOL

now I know I am not on borrowed time ,I am still here for a reason .
Since I have lost a lot of people I love to cancer over the last few years ,and they all went quick
We all lived the same lives ,I was expecting to here ,now its my turn ,

When I stopped playing a Les Paul guitar and went to an acoustic electric ,everyone said that was a sign ,I was coming to the end of my road as a musician
No one wants an old man sitting on a bar stool unable to at least stand and put on a show ,,
My Bass player died last June ,,we were doing our last big gig July 4th ,,he didn't make it ,
Now I am the last one left of 5 of us and I am still fairly healthy except for my back
Yea ,,I am very happy I don't have cancer
dying like that was weighing on my mind
Going through all those treatments just to die anyway
or my family mad because I refused them ,,
I am glad that scare is over with ,
Thank you for your kindness

I have 7 more years until my son graduates
I would love to be there for that ,possibly even see him get married .
With a few health scares this year I came through
This was just another test of my faith
and proof ,its not my time
Faith is only a word until you have to stand on it
and even Christ got scared
But my faith has been tested a lot since February
but the test keep coming back "Healthy "no cause for concern
Even my Bp and blood glucose levels have been perfect .
lowest they have been in years ,
Doctors keep saying "Whatever your doing ,Keep it up ,your doing something right "
If they only knew
