I Have Adhd
I found this article this morning and it was very interesting how the author describes how she feels. One thing that has been hard for me is doing mindfulness or meditation . I think one of the big reasons is that i struggle to focus on the current surroundings or my breathing or any one focal point. The only thing that really help for me is strenuous exercise. After a good workout i feel much better.
