I will probably sound like a broken record but time jeals most things...and we can only learn from our past...

I do hope you are better soon

It might not on its own. That doesn't mean you're failing in any way either. Having those negative thought and emotion spirals can be a sign of depression and that's not something people can just decide to snap out of on their own. If it is depression that's a serious health problem and should be treated that way by getting professional help for it. It can be triggered by trauma and drastic changes in life, and it can be made worse by those too.
Keep trying with that fresh mindset every day, but recognize that it might not be enough and that it's OK to get help getting out of this. You haven't failed and your happiness isn't beyond repair but it might take some help to get that back.
Well, I truly can't tell you I know exactly how you feel because I'm not YOU. But, I know how I feel being broken beyond repair, and it's very hard for me to not get down about it.

I think the only way for this to stop, is for me to come to terms about my conditions, meaning accepting myself the way I am. However, it's easier said than done. Maybe you can relate.

I'm so sorry about whatever happened to you, but I'm so glad you're here. I hope you are doing as well as you can. And I hope you're having the best New Year possible.

By the way, if your avatar is really you, you are very beautiful.
Just expect to be crushed.. Be ready for it.. Fight it
