I Like Sharing Thought Provoking Images And Texts

In my experience - which of course will be different to other peoples - when someone holds in a thought, especially one that is causing them confusion, pain or fear, or even a little question that they just can't figure out the answer to; that's how paranoia is born.

Sharing with other people is hugely important it means we get an outside perspective on our ideas and if needed someone to tell us our way of thinking has become skewed and twisted.

Yes other people will judge our thoughts, but sometimes that is necessary, nobody is right all the time.

I have thoughts on this but I don't want to be the guy starts debate on something that @Aido might just have wanted to type, not discuss.

CuriousGorge - Actually I believe the same thing you do. I see the above quote as not sharing ourselves with anyone who claims to like us just with words. That kind of trust is built over time where we can share ourselves with ease and trust that the person will have our back.

I am well aware, internalising thoughts becomes a very big issue in our heads and externalising them helps us sort them better.

I agree. There will be times when we need to decide for ourselves and let our perspectives and priorities take precedence than any outside influence. I think this quote kind of sums up that. Of course, an outside in perspectives help a lot too.

Now i am not a psychologist but i have heard someone saying that holding one's thoughts to himself/herself not only causes mental problems but also physical ones like aching of shoulders , neck etc ,,,,I have experienced that too ,,,

CuriousGorge. I hope that is a large palette and I hope you are good at mixing invariable amounts of hues so subtle they are not obvious until you paint it on an empty canvas.

CuriousGorge - as you see that is where I disagree. I prefer giving an empty canvas and let people make their own masterpiece of me in their own perceptive image of me. :D

Aido an empty canvas wouldn't do you justice! I stole a masterpiece and painted further, relevant bits onto it ;)
