I Always Feel Nervous Undressing At The Doctors

Thanks to a hernia. I have to undress at the doctors more than what I would want to. I understand that they are professionals and have seen many people in a similar situation but I just feel slightly awkward about it.

Not to worry...it's not the undressing, it's what might be done, or comes after you've undressed! Lol. Anyway, if the condition warrants it, then relax. You want to be taken care of and get healed. That's what counts. Good luck.
