I Walk Around The House Barefoot
We have a no shoes rule in our house to be kind to the carpets. So in the summer when we wear sandals we are always barefoot in the house. It's nice. Comfortable, practical and more homely :-)

@CookieLuvsBunny It is good! We do our daily yoga routine in the sun room, which has no carpet and is a little chilly underfoot at this time of the year, then we take our breakfast into the living room and snuggle up on the sheepskin 🤗

We do too but we carry the idea to its logical maximum, being bare from the toes to the nose without any evil fabric.
