Uh oh. A brief discussion on politics with my sister, and watching a bodycam footage of mild violence gave me an anxiety attack.
Now I'm exhausted with a headache and dyspepsia 😒
Gotta remind myself to not ever speak of dismal global issues again. I'll just stick to memes.
