I'm A Boy Who Likes Wearing Dresses

I love wearing them! They are really comfortable, and hug your body so well, especially with their interesting fabrics. And of course the lower body freedom. I would not want to wear them out to places, just within the privacy of my own home, for comfort... I am a male who wants to stay a man. (It kind of repulses me personally when men, and women, try to be something they biologically are not... Just be men who wear clothes!)

Unfortunately I can't wear them nearly enough as I would like- I live with my parents and family in a small apartment where everyone is on top of one another and always coming and going, so I can't get my own, leaving me to wear my sister's. And my mother is very much against men wearing female clothes, even if girls do the opposite all the time... And even for just comfort purposes.

Hopefully if and when I move out I can start a collection of my own.

My favorite dresses are ones of satin... I've never tried a bridesmaids or wedding dress, but I really want to. I also enjoy the flowy ones-light and airy. Another type I'd love to try are the historical and medieval nobility dresses... Those are always so amazing!

You can find wedding dresses at secondhand stores, thrift and goodwill clothing stores. They are really cheaper than buying them new. You can also search on line for people who still sew and make clothes and they will custom make you outfits and keep everything very discreet, just between the two of you.
I have had them made for my sissy a few times for parties and they fit him the best.

Yeah I got a Salvation Army right down the road where I live, and I've seen them in yard sales and such... And been very tempted to get one for myself... The problem is where to hide them once I get them home...

I too love wearing dresses and skirts I started wearing them when I was 23 after wearing just tights/pantyhose from the age of 13/14 as I live on my own and I am out of work I spend most of the day dressed in a skirt or dress

I am happy you enjoy wearing dresses and skirts. The fabrics, the styles, the different lengths make putting them on so enjoyable. I have been wearing dresses for years. I respect your feelings about not wanting to go to far in femininity by wearing panties, bras, and nylons. However, I am sorry that you are repulsed at men or women that want to dress, look, and act as a member of the opposite sex. I would hope that if we ever meet while I am out as a woman, you at least treat me and my other sisters and brothers with the respect we have for you.

Of course! I would feel uncomfortable, definitely, but it's only the act I dislike. I always try to be polite to everyone I meet/encounter.

Clothes have no gender, and no relationship to anatomy. Anything that is OK (I mean "legal") for anyone to wear, is OK for everyone else. "Gender" is society's sexist prejudice ABOUT clothes - it's not actually a part of the clothes. I wear nail color, skirts, nylons, and pretty shoes - all as a man - to express my opposition to sexism, to demonstrate that men CAN wear these things too, (hopefully) to inspire conversation and the examination of prejudiced assumptions.. but mostly because I love to be pretty!

If you want to wear dresses at home, just keep letting your mom see you in a dress on purpose, then when you talk about it, tell your mom you are not going to stop wearing girls clothes no matter what she says or does. Then eventually she will get fed up with you doing it and give in and let you dress, She can give you some time at home when everyone else is away and you are alone to dress up for sure.

My mother is that type of person who will not back down. The only way I would be able to do stuff she does not approve of is if I don't live under her roof.
Besides, the rarity of the experience keeps things fresh for now!
