the police have their blue wall of silence but very little is ever sai of the utter silence at the abuse in he military of every variety
my mother was abused by her father army brat
they never spoke out against him..
people talk abut the goo ole days as if good times are something we ever knew but as late as 1950 it was socially accepted and legal to beat your wife

@PDXNative1986...and smack up the kids in school who are also forced to be there.
But the military is violence incorporated.. Its existence itself is nothing but legitimized illegitimate VIOLENCE..

@Whiterosesociety I would be like "But we need the kids to be educated!" because you know we DO But the SCHOOLS are gang infested and full of little 3rd grade terrorist and bullies... if they don't want to be there I can hardly blame them.... we need alterantives... if I had a child.. never... not in the publci schols...
@PDXNative1986 I never had children period. I was too poor too alone too clueless and too unconventional.. And then nobody really presented themselves...
But today any children of mine would have been educated through travel, volunteer work and family readings and discussions.

@Whiterosesociety I never really wanted one considering how I feel, they're a lot of work and resposibiliy and yeah there's some selfish part of me that just wants to enjoy domestic bliss. when I think abut what 'm after romantically I'm not thiknig about stintg a family. I dream of somebody more affluent than me whisking me away to travel... I just want to run away with her, not raise fmmily just be wth her'

I didn't coerce her theee eiher. sometimes I tell people she's on he pill birth conrol when hey inquire but sme people think I must have pushed for tha due to being selfish'
I dont get how its not more selfish try t raise a kid yu can'affor.... but anyways she chose that fr herself.
