I Love to Cook -

I cooked up a pot of chili this morning, it's been simmering since.
The house was filled with the scent of spices and I just had to taste test it, to see if it needed any more of anything!
OMG! It was yummy. I stood there making sure if it tasted just right when my husband asked... How is it? I grabbed a spoon for him and ... away WE begun, taste testing. One spoon full at a time!
We both agreed this was one of the best pot of chili I have ever made! ;-)
I hope I am not too full for supper tonight, I will add cheese and crackers to a bowl of chili.
