I Think That Thinking Hurts Sometimes

I’ve become so angry & only wish to be left alone, I hate myself for never being good enough. It just keeps replying in my head, his texts between other women & him telling me “ it doesn’t matter, it’s only texting “ somebody should just tell me to stfu now!!! Smh 🤦‍♀️
