I Know How to Drive

Does anyone NOT know what the lever is for, on the left side of the steering column?

I should reach into the next car that doesn't know, and snap it off....

I was referring to people that drive, and do not signal their lane change. They do not know what that lever does on the side of their steering column.
I was in a bad mood from getting cut off and people not signaling where they would like to go.
