I Cut My Self

Sometimes it's the only way I feel something, something beside the numbness that takes over me. The darkness that surrounds me. Sometimes pain is the only way out, the only way to feel human again.

I can understand this but it's better to find alternative strategies, other ways to counteract the numbness.
Therapy might help.

@SW-User I tried therapy its just a person telling you it's all in your head for weeks and getting paid for it but not actually helping you.
