I Cut My Self
I have the urge to right now n it sucks ugh y can't I ever keep a promise not to cut. All i wanna do is not feel anything emotionally and just too much is going and my head is spinning ugh :'(

I'm not sure promising someone you won't cut is the solution. Someone once told me she felt more in control after she was done cutting. Is that how you feel?
