Why are people so mean on here ?

When I ask a question about my family it's just like on Yahoo I get called a crying troll and saying that everyone in my family or around me is sad that's not true. I guess I'll have to start blocking and reporting everyone on here too. Why are people so mean here ? Since when did this place turn into Yahoo ?
