Where can we find 1776 on DVD ?

It's my sister's favorite movie she's really wanting it for Christmas she has one but its about worne out. Walmart don't have it in the stores anymore. We can only find it Blu Ray online it's on Ebay we found one that's in good use but you can't really trust what people sell online we're not too sure about it. Amazon and Walmart just have it Blu Ray shell be only able to watch it at home she won't be able to watch it at grandma's or at our campsite. I dont know if Blu Ray now can work with a regular DVD player or not. Where can we find it regular not Blu Ray ?
