Do you drink red bull and does it give you energy if you do?

best kind is zero calories and maxo B vitamins and extra carnitine too

There are some but I think Red Bull is not the best

I gave up caffeine years ago. The rare Coke makes my hands shake. Red Bull would have me swinging from the telephone wires.
