Someone at work just told me that in order to break through my weight loss plateau I should eat some eggs because they are "good for me". I always respond politely, but 😑😑😂😂😂 REALLY?!!

Why not? Eggs are packed with protein which is good for satiety and also essential minerals and vitamins to keep your metabolism up. Just make sure you're not exceeding your calorie intake

You could always eat chickpeas or walnuts. Protein helps weight loss.
