The internal fat around your, kidney, liver, heart .....are in slow strangle hold.
Then save money for your funeral, why should someone else pay.
Make sure you live in a cold place, as in heat, in humidity, you will sweat, unable to move, unable to wash your own body.
Become accustomed to not fit into airplane seats, you will stay home, while your friends go away, see new placex, see new lands, new people.
