Calorically I stayed under 1500 today, but did I get enough nutrition?
[Not to brag but I notice people compare diets on these things] I feel better eating like this because I feel saitiated, when I rely on vegetables I go crazy and crash and binge, what do you think:
Brunch
○Dunkin Large Iced Decaf with Mocha Flavor, Milk, and no Sugar.
○Half a vanilla sprinkle Dunkin Donut, just because it was free with a drink today.
○711 Nashville Spicy Chicken Slider (I want this every day, only a dollar!)
○28 Oz Gatorade Zero Lemon Lime (0 calories and sugar)
Dinner
○Allegra Wheat Enriched Shells, half a bag, half a jar of extra fancy vodka sauce, store brand parm cheese 1 tablespoon, half a teaspoon EVOO
Snack
○ 2 slices of oatnut bread, 1 Borden cheese slice and small slice (70 cal/slice) with 2 tablespoons of organic cage free egg and soy free mayo (I also try to have a soy free diet so I have this).
Midnight snack
○ 1 cup organic white rice with 1/2 cup green beans and 3/4th tbsp Coconut Aminos (Soy Alternative) Terikyaki sauce.
