I Seem To Have Offended Someone But Don't Know How

It is really interesting when you believe you have offended someone so bad they don't want to talk to you. I guess I have two choices. I can either rack my brain and try to figure it out or I can let it go and move on.

what I hate is when people close their accounts or block me or go quiet on me without even telling me why or giving me a chance to fix it. that happens over and over to me on here even with people I been talking with for a while.
